Non-Disclosure Agreement — Confidential Business Information

By signing below, the undersigned ("Recipient") acknowledges that information related to the business listed for sale on RestaurantForSale.com is confidential, including but not limited to: financial statements, lease terms, supplier and employee information, customer data, and the identity of the business itself.

Recipient agrees to: (1) maintain strict confidentiality of all information received; (2) not disclose the existence of the listing to employees, customers, suppliers, competitors, or the public; (3) not contact the seller, landlord, or staff directly without prior written consent from the broker; (4) use the information solely to evaluate the potential acquisition of the business.

This agreement remains in effect for two (2) years from the date of signing. A breach of this agreement may result in damages and injunctive relief. This agreement is governed by California law.
